First picture

This will be a trial picture of one of my favorite foods...prime rib.  This was cooked at home using the slow cooking method.  Poor picture quality I know.

Slow cooking method: Cook in 200 degree oven until internal temperature is around 122.  Let rest until internal temperature gets to around 130.  Put back into oven at 500 for 10 minutes or until crust forms and is brown.  Make sure to let it rest.  Thanks Alton Brown.  Enjoy!

With the inspiration of my cousins who already blog and post, I decided to start my own.  I am thinking this will revolve around various forms of eating.  Lets see how it goes!
